I just purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from them last month. They have yet to send me the sales contract so that I can register it in my state. Don’t buy from them unless you want to fork out your savings repairing a vehicle. I still need new tires (there are three different brands of tires on it and they have dry rot) and $1400 in repairs and maintenance they never did before selling it to me. The warranty only covered $300. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle please. More

We had to tow it out with a tow strap because a flat bed tow truck would get stuck. I am 58 had to take my 81 year old mom to go rescue my 85 year old dad and brother in law who is 53. I was the towee I had no power at all no steering no brakes no lights so we went slow but the front bumper aluminum replacing that to steel anyways flew off mid tow so we had to strap to the bottom of the bumper and it got pulled out. All the damage was done due to technichian not checking the battery before it drove off the lot. They take no responsibility told me he did me a favor by paying for the tow to the dealership. Christinia the Service manager hung up on me and the General Manager Steve didn't have the xxxxx to face me sent in his lap dog really. I bought a used 2022 Hyundai, and it had only 1 key. I told them i needed 2 keys so they gave me a due bill. It took 3 hours to patch a hole in the tire. I could understand the time frame if they were busy but upon arrival, no one was in front of me and the garage service door was closed.
