Chuck was absolutely amazing! He didn't have that sleazy salesman vibe that is stereotypical about salesman. Huge shout out to my salesman Daler, the sales manager Kyle, and the finance manager Dan! These guys went ABOVE & BEYOND! I arrived in an Uber, and these guys made sure I left in a new ride! Sat at dealership for 3 hrs waiting for an oil change that was originally quoted at 90 minutes. Service advisor said he didn’t think I was in a hurry and put some politicians corvette ahead of me. After that was originally quoted at 90 minutes. Service advisor said he didn’t think I was in a hurry and put some politicians corvette ahead of me. After 3 hrs I finally am advised on other services needed which added 2 more hours. Very fast talker, felt more like was trying to sell me vs actually advising what my car needed. When I take my Ford in, I get a video walkthrough of the inspection with any needed recommendations sent via text within 20 minutes. $30 discrepancy between itemized charges and totals. Billing makes no sense. Can’t see me bringing my business back here. More
