I brought the car in for its first oil change. Was greated when I got out of the car and told it would take about an hour. Time estimate was very close as it took 50 minutes. Cleanliness of my new vehicle on delivery was Not acceptable. Had some scratches "fixed" by dealership at a 2nd visit, which resulted in worse paint damage. Cars in showroom were dusty and had water spots, and I saw car porters standing around doing nothing, when I was picking up my car. Meaning they should have been cleaning my car, so I could leave with a spotless "new" car. More
