I have not purchased a vehicle from them [yet]. I am still researching other dealerships. However what I didn't like is that fact that I went there under the guise of no money down per "the the sec I am still researching other dealerships. However what I didn't like is that fact that I went there under the guise of no money down per "the the second chance program". To get there and have my credit ran and they still wanted $1500 for taxes and fees. I though it was misleading in that regard. I may go back to purchase b/c they have the Equinox that I want, but I feel the "second change program" should be specified a bit better. As far as customer service at a car dealership, well their customer service was just ok. They are not that that inviting and they almost make you feel like "why are you here", but because this is not my first rodeo I didn't let that sway me. More
