Good people, the up charges for "non-optional" add one such as lojack which all I find as evidence is a sticker, and whatever they did with the "sealant" which there is no evidence of at all, nearly $500 such as lojack which all I find as evidence is a sticker, and whatever they did with the "sealant" which there is no evidence of at all, nearly $5000 there, as well as exorbitant costs for extended service and gap coverage, I should have walked away. I had an issue with my starter. Initially, I just wanted to have it looked at. After I explained to the service advisor what was going on he told me it would be best to skip the dia Initially, I just wanted to have it looked at. After I explained to the service advisor what was going on he told me it would be best to skip the diagnostic test since he knew the car would start. That saved me around $200. I ended up getting a new starter. It was ordered and installed within 24 hours. More
