This is my first car ever and I was really nervous coming in. My dad and I were greeted by Chuck and he was super friendly and really helped my nerves go away. The finalizing process was really quick and in total I was only there for 3-4 hours. I was shocked at how quick everything went and how easy it all felt. Never once updated me, I always had to reachout. Didn't even offer a rental even though they had my car over a week. Christian called to essentially complain that my warranty company wasn't picking up the phone and for me to call them since, he has "other things" to do. When my car was finally done I was told to go to the front to get my paper work. The lady up front didn't have it, so I had to go back to the service where Christian was no where to be found. I had another gentleman help me with my paperwork and I paid up at the front. But they forgot my keys, so then I had to go back AGAIN to services to where they couldn't find my keys. About 10 minutes of looking for my keys they finally found it in the back mechanic shop. I get in my car to find it completely filthy and grease smeared across the dash. This was the worst experience I had with Zeigler. More
