Like Zeigler, The reason why I went to Zeigler Chevrolet was that it is closer to home, do not get involved with this dealership, they put hidden charges on you, that in the end, you end up paying almost double or more than the price they have online even if you arrive with a good credit score. If you ask about all the charges that are in the contract, they tell you that they are charges for one thing and another, stupid charges that in the end, they end up in their pockets. Rude service in the financing department. I pray for these supposedly very professional people that they stop deceiving people God take care of them I have faith that there will be justice in heaven. More

It's amazing how these mysterious "deposits" kept falling through. And I have no doubt that they would try to charge me the "inflation fee" if I did go back. They are scammers and liars. I'm going to Carvana instead, where the availability and cost are certain. At least I wasted Zeigler's time by test driving the car. Now I know I want it, from someone else. More
Purchased a Traverse in January and love the car, but the option for the heated seats and steering wheel needed the module. It was told that it would be taken care of soon and possibly we could take our veh option for the heated seats and steering wheel needed the module. This dealership showed a disgusting display of baiting tactics. They truly should be investigated by the FTC. I took a day off work and secured a babysitter for my child so that my wife and I could vie tactics. They truly should be investigated by the FTC. I took a day off work and secured a babysitter for my child so that my wife and I could view a pre-owned Lexus GX 460. This vehicle was priced at $42,500. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down to go over numbers. The final number ended up a few hundred dollars below $60,000! That's a $17,500 (30%) increase from the advertised price! This breakdown included a ridiculous and insulting charge of $5,000 for some inflation fee during our current economy. Which the salesperson Amber, attempted to explain, though seemed not confident presenting. This also included $1,500 for an optional LoJack system that ended up not being optional. Add another $2,500 in miscellaneous add-ons that I was not willing to pay. All of this did not include processing fees and tax, which I understand need to be paid. In the end, they baited a consumer with a price that they were not willing to honor. I did not negotiate the advertised price and was willing to pay this price, tax, title, and processing fees. Instead, I spent the morning away from my child and work responsibilities to listen to these scam artists attempt to upcharge 30% on a vehicle. Zeigler Chevrolet does not honor their pricing and clearly showcases false advertising at its finest. It continues to show how terribly these dealerships treat the consumers and shows the disingenuous employees that operate in the dealerships. I will smile at the day when they finally go under to companies like Carvana and Vroom, where we don't have to be subject to these awful tactics. I've submitted claims to BBB and the FTC based on the actions of this business. Look elsewhere! More
FALSE ADVERTISING! !! This place is a complete scam! The price they advertise online is far from the price you will pay out the door. I drove over 4 hours to look at a !! I drove over 4 hours to look at a car, made an appointment and never even spoke with the person whom I made the appointment with. It took over 30 minutes for them to "find" the car and bring it to the front to test drive. They acted like they had never even heard of the online form (with NADA values) they asked me to fill out for my trade in. The trade in value they gave me while at the dealership was about $10,000 below the NADA values! They added approximately $12,000 in fees to the advertised price, that included my trade in! A car that was advertised for $50,000 (which had actually just dropped in price by $1000 from the day before I went to look at the car), was going to cost me $62,000! The sales managers kept trying to run numbers on their calculators right in front of me weren't even running the correct calculations (I'm in financing for a living, so I knew exactly what numbers should have been put in). Then dealing with the finance department was whole other experience. The man I dealt with was extremely rude! I just asked a couple of questions prior to me seeing the vehicle so I could set up my own financing, and he was beyond rude because I wasn't going to finance through them. STAY VERY FAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
Drove from Chicago after I called on a lexus they had. .I asked was the SUV in good condition the lady said it was mint..When I got there 30 or min later the sales man was waiting on me and took me out bac .I asked was the SUV in good condition the lady said it was mint..When I got there 30 or min later the sales man was waiting on me and took me out back to see the LX 570..What a piece of junk inside of the vehicle was filthy ..I didn't even want to test drive it but I did...I told the sales guy who kept saying we can clean it and buff out all the scratches... that I had zero interest in that vehicle... after that one or twice a week they kept calling me asking me was I interest..I asked them several times to stop calling me but after a month I'm still getting calls..
