Very prompt response from their online team with a CarFax and scheduled a next-day test dri Found a listing for a barely used 2013 Camaro at Zeigler. Very prompt response from their online team with a CarFax and scheduled a next-day test drive. Rocky met me in the parking lot and immediately addressed me and my friend and grabbed the keys for a test drive. Rocky admitted to not knowing too much about the history of the vehicle but said he would check up on it for me. I didn't ask any questions regarding performance/specs/etc, as I'm a Camaro guy and knew what I was looking at. While getting the paperwork in order Rocky went away for a bit and came back with Brian Hess, their used car manager. The guy knows his stuff and was able to answer all of my remaining questions regarding the car's history and ownership. Overall very smooth experience, will definitely recommend Zeigler. More

Bad customer service I went in there to help my sister with a service problem she was having. I spoke to Guy the sales manager. He was helpful in the beginning untill i ga I went in there to help my sister with a service problem she was having. I spoke to Guy the sales manager. He was helpful in the beginning untill i gave him my opinion and he was not happy with my response he started banging on the desk like we were having a discussion in a bar. There is no way you can be a manager and talk to a customer that way. He could of just said i can not help you, like he said at end of the conversation instead of disrespecting me. More
