Dropped off car night before for an oil change that i made an appointment for at 730am. Ken called next day at 130 and said car was done. I went at 6 (24hours later) l. They couldn't find my car (took 75 made an appointment for at 730am. Ken called next day at 130 and said car was done. I went at 6 (24hours later) l. They couldn't find my car (took 75minutes) then as I was leaving I looked and say that you never did an oil change. People tried to call Ken and his dad but no answer. Then wanted me to leave car another day! More
