Unlike the sales staff, the service team knows how to take care of it's customers. The bill was a shock though. $149 for an oil change and new wiper blades seems excessive. Rich was great, however if I didn't check my rear hubcap it would have fallen off. It seems to be an ongoing problem since it's happened before, so now I always check before I leave the lot.
