I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and airbag recall on 3/21/25 It was also recommended that I get a new battery and cabin air filter. The oil change was done, but the recall is awaiting parts. I recall on 3/21/25 It was also recommended that I get a new battery and cabin air filter. The oil change was done, but the recall is awaiting parts. I presented a coupon which included 15% off on recommended service (battery and filter replacement). My bill showed only a $10 discount. Was sold a 5 year old Equinox with no auto manual, one bad key less fob that cannot be copied and given a thumb drive for paperwork that does not work on my laptop.
