Put my family’s life at risk. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever gotten from all the Chevy car dealership I’ve ever been. I have a 3 year old car and took it in on Thur This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever gotten from all the Chevy car dealership I’ve ever been. I have a 3 year old car and took it in on Thursday for a simple break job. I got a call from Dennis on Friday saying my transmission fluid needs to be flushed, my cabin and air filter needs to be replaced. I asked not to get the filters done but to go ahead with the flush if it has to be done. $850 later everything was done and I paid for the filters even though I specifically asked not to do it. I picked up my car on Saturday and on my first highway drive on Sunday the engine shut down on I88 while going 75mph with my 3yr old daughter sleeping in the back. For the first time ever, my car suddenly had a check engine light and a stabilitrack with warning saying my engine power has reduced and my vehicle overspeed. I managed to get it started again after 15 minutes but then the it only would go up to 3000 rpm and max speed of 55mph. Took it in a the next day and after telling Dennis my experience I got this nonchalant attitude and was told it would cost me $75 for a diagnostic, I would be careless because they had no loaner for me to get around for work. End of day I got a call from him and was told it was something totally different from what they initially touched which is weird considering I’ve never had a problem with this car for 3 Years and the day after I picked it up from them it suddenly breaks down with tons of stuff to fix. Another $600 and 3 days later I got my car back. It was an overall horrible experience I would wish for someone I wasn’t friends with. My family and I were put at a near death experience all because they want to make a few hundred dollars and messing with my engine something totally different from what I initially went there for. More

The waiting room is comfortable and has alot of space to sit so don't feel crowded and has plenty amenities like soda, coffee, tea, and a vending machine. The staff checks in on you and even people passing by are very friendly and welcoming. More

Rude, Won't follow through on their Word, Horrible. I brought my car in on an insurance claim, for flooding and was assured everything would be taken care of and fixed to how it was PRIOR to the floodin I brought my car in on an insurance claim, for flooding and was assured everything would be taken care of and fixed to how it was PRIOR to the flooding. When I picked up the car, I checked it over and The seat motor didn't work, I went in and talked to Dennis who was very inconvenienced by me asking him to come and check the car that was not fixed properly. Once out to the car he claimed nothing was wrong with it, until i went to move the seat and it wouldn't move and when it would it would grind horribly. Dennis assured me that it would be fixed properly as I quote "What ever is wrong with it is our fault as we tore everything out of the car to fix it". He told me to look the car over again and call him the next day to schedule a time to bring it in. I called the next day (Wednesday) and he told me to bring it in the following Monday, once I did, I was told that they had no loaner cars available, A simply phone call and we could have rescheduled this but I had to drive out of my way and leave work early to accommodate the time that he leaves, but no I didn't find out until I got there and then had to bring it in Wednesday and get it looked at. When I pick it up from there I am told that no technician would ever fail that motor as it worked fine but it makes a loud noise every time it is used. It was not fixed to the proper way it was before and after i was assured it would be fixed as it was your fault, I am told that there is nothing that can be done because it is not faulty when it obliviously is. I am now dealing with insurance about this matter and am planning on taking my car to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership who doesn't try to scam their customers and the insurance companies by adding charges that are not on the final bill. More
