This is the second new car I have purchased at Zeigler and they got me a great deal both times. Rick Guzman in particular was awesome at getting me in the car I wanted. The sales manager I spoke with was incredibly condescending and rude. They also advertised the car as certified, however it turns out that in truth it was not certified, but can be with an additi condescending and rude. When I confronted the manager about it he was dismissive, rude, and insisted that the advertisement was not misleading or inaccurate. When I said no deal he later called back and said he would throw the certification in only if I paid the listed price, and not the price we had previously agreed on. These are the type of people who make used car dealer stereotypes legit. Would highly recommend looking for a car elsewhere. More
