Salesman Zaya and the team provided a pleasant, prompt, professional and courteous experience. They understood what I wanted and took "No" for an answer gracefully when I was presented with the usual add-o professional and courteous experience. And thankfully, they respected my wish not to ring their large, brass bell to announce the car sale to my sensitive hearing aids. Zaya followed up the next day to thank me again and ask how things were going so far and call if I needed anything regarding the new car. I appreciate that. More

All the service Writers were extremely rude, no communication between any of them. Treated my wife & I like we were the biggest inconveniences ever (especially Chuck ! ) I had to explain my new veh communication between any of them. Treated my wife & I like we were the biggest inconveniences ever (especially Chuck ! ) I had to explain my new vehicle problem to everyone there multiple times as if they don’t even talk to each other or put notes in the computer and on top of that I had to go back 4 times because they kept telling me they didn’t have the right part each time I brought it in, even though I came in when they told me to , All for warranty work On a brand new 2023 Ram 1500. Worst dealer service experience ever. More
