Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes. While I was waiting I got a text from a manager saying that they appraised my jeep while it was in for ser I was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes. While I was waiting I got a text from a manager saying that they appraised my jeep while it was in for service. I did not ask for that and just wanted the oil changed and tire rotation. My appointment now is over 90 minutes and pushing 2 hours. Once my jeep was done I was told that they gave me a break on the price for a tire rotation even though it should have been free because I purchased my tires through them. That was adjusted and no price break was given for the long wait. I have been visiting this jeep dealer for service for close to 20 years, but the service has gone down hill. I don’t feel that I will be going back due to the customer service you receive. More
