Very slow, employees seem to want to check you in and get you away from them so they can finish texting. I live 5 minutes away and would rather drive 50 minutes to Naperville Dodge cuz they are friendly, Hap you away from them so they can finish texting. I have a known issue with my Dodge Charger (warped door). I showed the problem to my Dealership to understand the next steps but in a month, after multiple follow ups, I still didn't get any reply.
