Forget any previous posts I might have left, that was before I realized Zeigler didn't give me a second key (fob). That was back in early January, and I still don't have a second fob that does what it is before I realized Zeigler didn't give me a second key (fob). That was back in early January, and I still don't have a second fob that does what it is supposed to. They asked me to come in several times promising a new fob, and it was a complete waste of time. I was patient at first, but as the excuses piled up and the staff didn't seem to care, I grew tired of all the drama centered around a key fob. At first the key was on the salesman's desk. Then they needed to program one so I had to come back. Then the internet was down so I came back again. Then they decided they needed to order a new fob from Italy, which must have come on a very slow boat. When it finally came they couldn't program it because of a glitch in the programing. They said they were aware of it (still had me come in anyway)and hopefully the glitch would be corrected soon, but they had no idea when. Then a manager, Steve, was supposed to call me with a plan and never did. I texted my salesman, Marc, and told him I never received a call and never heard from him or Steve. All because they can't provide me with a second working fob. Would you trust a dealership to repair your car if they can't fix a problem this small? Did I mention I paid cash for the car, and also had to remind them I still hadn't received the paperwork on the warrantee? Received that about six weeks late. I suppose I should have known better. I did thorough research on the car I wanted, if I had research the reviews on Zeigler I never would have gone there. The reviews from the BBB were terrible. Also yelp. My advice, drive on by Zeiglers. There's a lot of places that sell cars. More

So, my brother-in-law both came in at 4:30 and got greeted by Marvin, in the parking lot, I did let him know that we had a 4pm appointment with a salesman. So i told them which car i was looking for, and checked in with Rick. Go for a walk around the car, has bald tires, and is not certified right. According to Marvin. Its certifiable not certified first time i've ever heard that in my life. Then The front end has damage, the bumper the cladded or the fender, or inner fender all all messed up. only that the car is listed with 21,389 miles, and now it has 23,000+ miles. Which a sales manager was probably driving. Now the car has higher miles, Has body damage, bald tires. I Called the dealer once i got home right. I spoke to a BDC named sue once i got home, asked questions about the car, and she told me that the car was certified, and 26,500, plus about 10% for tax, title, license. But we go for a test drive right. Mind you the car has absolutely no gas at all. The tires are shot, and ride like garbage. We get back to the dealer, and thought we were going to have serious conversation. Discussing price of the car. Apparently, the Car saying certified only means that its certifiable. What kind xxxx is this. But they will certify it for 4,500.00 for me. even though the site says certified, Let's keep going it gets better. Then 1700 for low jack, to which i didn't want. I tell them my car isn't running, that they would give me 1000 dollars for it sight unseen. I told them what I was putting down on the car, which was 6K then they increased the price by 7k in fees for certification and such. Then I call back speak to the BDC Sue, she tells me that the car is certified. Rick is not a good GSM, and Melvin, is not a good salesperson. BUYER BEWARE THEY LIE, ADD ON PRICES TO LINE THEIR POCKETS. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED, IN 7,000 DOLLARS IN ADD ON'S. I WAS READY TO BUY A CAR TODAY, NOT WASTE 3 HOURS WORTH OF TIME. BUT I LEFT, THEN MELVIN CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY WOULD DO THE TIRES, AND I WAS STILL PAYING 2,000 TO CERTIFY THE CAR. VERY DISSAPOINTED. SEE PHOTOS CERTIFIED CAR. NO DAMAGE ON THE BUMPER, MILES ARE ALSO NOT ACCURATE. More

This is the second new car I have purchased at Zeigler and they got me a great deal both times. Rick Guzman in particular was awesome at getting me in the car I wanted.
