I’m retired, have enough assets and don’t need another payment or a bunch of warranties. Then, my broker friend called to speak with a manager, he talked with Chris White who told him he would take full control of this and give me a call. As of yet I have heard nothing and actually I have now purchased a vehicle closer to home. I recognize sending a car to South Carolina from your location creates some complexity but it’s being done all the time now. You had a truck I was very interested in. Do not buy a car from here! !! I bought a brand new Renegade in November of 2022 and the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. There was a $500 charge that was unaccount !! There was a $500 charge that was unaccounted for, which I was able to catch by doing the math myself and was reimbursed after calling multiple times to sort it out. Additionally they charged me $5k for a warranty without ever disclosing the price. They promised a sun roof as part of the total price, and gave me half of one- again without discussing the details of this. On top of this, I haven't even had my car for more than a month since I purchased it. The cluster is faulty, which it came with, so clearly they don't inspect the cars thoroughly. Then when I went to get it fixed, the cluster wouldn't work again so it's being looked at for a third time. Essentially I bought a faulty car, for an unreasonable price. Derek Webb was very rude and unhelpful. Being the sales manager, he's got the final say- so beware you won't be able to compromise at the highest level of management. I would never do business with them again and encourage everyone to look elsewhere. Currently looking into options to return my car or sell it after losing so much money here. Completely unacceptable business practices. More

Dodge Durango was in for service after a minor accident, had wheel and tire damage, plus needed an inspection of suspension components. Called and left a message for the service manager, complaining about lack of customer service and trying to find out information, never received a call back. Was impossible to get any information from the dealer about my own vehicle. Awful customer service from this dealership and I will not be returning for any reason. More

Once I get there they told me the car was in an accident and is not available. Ok? I should have left at that point but I saw another car on the website I asked about. They brought it around and I liked it so I said I’ll get this one. Then the back and forth games begin. I never once tried to negotiate a price, I was willing to pay the price advertised on their website. However, they wanted me to pay $3,000 over what they had it listed for!!! The first car was a lost leader and so was the second. Don’t believe anything you see on their website ITS ALL FALSE ADVERTISING which is illegal!!!! More

Going to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg was the worst experience. The sales associate made inappropriate comments about my age and not being approved for financing without knowing a single thin the worst experience. The sales associate made inappropriate comments about my age and not being approved for financing without knowing a single thing about me. They confirmed numerous time that a specific Jeep was there, they even confirmed I was coming 10 minutes before my appointment. I drove from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I get there and the associate says someone is test driving the Jeep, then he gets a call saying it was sold the night before. I asked what was the point of confirming and calling me multiple times? The manager, Mason stated that they could customize a Jeep and match the price "if not do better" after spending hours doing so, another manager came over and said he could not give me the color on the website, I said that it was fine and i was okay with Black, he then says he can only give me 500 off. I asked why did Mason state that he could match the price if not do better. The Manager Steve was extremely rude and condescending. I finally asked to speak to someone else, after a few minutes he comes back with a piece of paper listing the total minus 500 and circled the price as if i could not do that math in my head. I told him that I did not want to speak to him and I asked for someone else and he said "well I am the new manager you're going to talk to" I said I was leaving and he continued saying "fine" and "bye" with his rude condescending tone. They did not care for me or want my business. I've emailed, left facebook reviews and still have no heard anything back. I was in contact with a Eric Johnson who has yet to reply to my email from July 26. It was overall a terrible experienc. They need to work on not racially profiling their customers. More
