Going to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg was the worst experience. The sales associate made inappropriate comments about my age and not being approved for financing without knowing a single thin the worst experience. The sales associate made inappropriate comments about my age and not being approved for financing without knowing a single thing about me. They confirmed numerous time that a specific Jeep was there, they even confirmed I was coming 10 minutes before my appointment. I drove from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I get there and the associate says someone is test driving the Jeep, then he gets a call saying it was sold the night before. I asked what was the point of confirming and calling me multiple times? The manager, Mason stated that they could customize a Jeep and match the price "if not do better" after spending hours doing so, another manager came over and said he could not give me the color on the website, I said that it was fine and i was okay with Black, he then says he can only give me 500 off. I asked why did Mason state that he could match the price if not do better. The Manager Steve was extremely rude and condescending. I finally asked to speak to someone else, after a few minutes he comes back with a piece of paper listing the total minus 500 and circled the price as if i could not do that math in my head. I told him that I did not want to speak to him and I asked for someone else and he said "well I am the new manager you're going to talk to" I said I was leaving and he continued saying "fine" and "bye" with his rude condescending tone. They did not care for me or want my business. I've emailed, left facebook reviews and still have no heard anything back. I was in contact with a Eric Johnson who has yet to reply to my email from July 26. It was overall a terrible experienc. They need to work on not racially profiling their customers. More

Bad service department. .no availability no loaner cars in 4 yrs ever. Waiting for a call back on a gas cap ordered 4 months ago. Wish I could rate it lower than a 1 star! ! Im not the one to leave bad reviews. But I just had to with this one. Went to appraise my car. I did my research and know how much it is worth, so I ! But boy did they lose my business. I wasted an hour sitting and waiting for my value. The used car manager (Lou Porretta) comes in and asks me how much I want for the car. I told him I wanted whatever KBB is telling me. He gets frustrated that I did my research and becomes very angry and uncooperative. I remained calm and asked him how he is offering me. Mind you I CAN SEE HIS SCREEN. It said $39k and he offers me $37k. I told him I see his screen and it looks like you are offering me $39k. Knowing this he still tells me $37k and boasts about his lowball offer. He starts throwing items around his desk as I kept questioning why he’s being unreasonable. Naturally I became upset at his behavior, so I took my keys and just left the dealership. This is the worst way to behave in front of your customer. I would hate it if someone has to deal with this person. Hence my review on here. PLEASE BE AWARE OF LOU PORRETTA. The other sales associate was normal and courteous. But not Lou. He has lost my business forever and I will make sure to tell anyone I know to not deal with this person. More

I will NEVER recommend this place to my friends and family. I had the most traumatic experience ever. I bought my Jeep Wrangler 2018 here a few months ago around oct before the year ended in 2021. When family. I had the most traumatic experience ever. I bought my Jeep Wrangler 2018 here a few months ago around oct before the year ended in 2021. When I drove off the lot my radio stopped working, so I immediately returned to tell them. Mind you, My car was Advertised online with a working radio and Before I drove off they “inspected” my car. I told them my car radio wasn’t working and they at first didn’t want to do anything about it. After finally they decided to do it they told me I should get a call back to get my car Into their shop to get it fixed. When I got home I had such a weird feeling my car had more to it. So I inspected it , and finally when I lifted the carpet of my jeep, I discovered an infestation of CARPET mites. I was mortified and called them to get to resolved ASAP. They NEVER called. I waited and waited for WEEKS and as well I would call and nothing. When they would answer, They would promise me I would get someone to call me. I ended up showing up to their own shop myself and showed the shop my pictures of the mites and the radio and the shop recommended to go back with the dealer to get it resolved and fixed asap!. Which finally after pulling teeth with them they did fix that issue. BUT GUESS WHAT. They now returned my car with a beautiful dent on my bumper . I barely drove my NEW car and I couldn’t believe it already had a dent. Before I drove off the lot I told them about the dent and they wanted to accuse me. I have photos of when I bought my car with zero dents and took photos when I dropped it off because I lost all trust in this place. I told them “how in the world would I have caused those dents if my car has been with them in repairs ???” So they told me they would get back to me after the look at the videos and NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. It’s been 3months and I’ve called NUMEROUS times and nothing. This place is a complete joke. I have all evidence of what this place has done to my car and will be moving forward in legal actions. Then after inside with a rep for 30 min, I was called by the dealership asking if I was still going to show up for my appt. The sales rep gave off a very entitled attitude and that he could really care less if I was there or not (BTW...It should have been a slam dunk as I was there to buy a new SUV at MSRP over 55K). They appraised my car and low balled saying the check engine light was on, when it wasn't before or after...odd. They also increased the MSRP by $1.5K with no justification. This prompted me to look at some online reviews in detail and noticed some glaring issues. There were now enough red flags to know I didn't want to do business with them. If this was their first impression, how would they handle any issues that could arise in the future. No thanks and a heads up to fellow readers, I would avoid. More
