I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years, the last one my 2016 Ram 1500. I took it in to have the manifolds looked at due to an exhaust leak. Derek Fitzpatrick wrote up a work order and made an appointmen my 2016 Ram 1500. I took it in to have the manifolds looked at due to an exhaust leak. Derek Fitzpatrick wrote up a work order and made an appointment to get the work done. Truck was received on the date set up and work was done. Derek kept me informed about the issues and cost. I like how they aren't trying to milk me for every penny I have. I recently took another car to a different dealership and they tried to upsell me on everything! Service Department never answers their phones. Owner's Manual was taken while vehicle was being serviced in April. It was promised that it had been ordered 10//02/2023.
