Going the extra mile I came in for a routine oil change which was done quickly. However they found my tires was unexpectedly worn beyond safe limits. Zeigler offered to replace the tires with the same exact tire for a very good price. In addition they managed to obtain a $300 refund from Michelin under the tires’ 60,000 mile warranty. I have never been able to obtain a refund on a warranty on tires that came on a new car before. Incredible. I’m very pleased. The manager of the Quick Oil Change dept deserves the credit More
