My assumption was once the vehicle was ordered and he'd completed his sale the contact I'd receive would be minimal but he kept me informed in detail throughout the process and helped expedite the process whenever possible. Once the vehicle arrived Jeff and the dealership went above and beyond what is required of them. They took my vehicle to several places for me to have additional details done that I wanted to add to the vehicle before I picked it up. They handled all of that without a complaint. The purchase was a process for us We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Harold Zeigler Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Grandville, MI. The purchase was a process for us and our Sales Associate was exceptional. CJ Lindquist assisted us through the entire process, providing information when we needed it and allowed us time to process our purchase decisions without experiencing the "high pressure" tactics that some car sales associates use to make a sale. Once we identified what we were looking for, including necessary options, she searched car inventories locally and across the country to determine whether or not the desired combination of options was available. When there wasn't, we decided to order a vehicle through the dealership. CJ helped us with the process. She insured that the options we wanted were on our order and seemed as excited as we were with the process. She kept us informed of the vehicle's progress through the production build and let us know when it was ready to ship. The vehicle ordered took about three weeks from order to delivery. We are excited to have our third Jeep Grand Cherokee and appreciate the fine experience CJ insured through her communication. More
