I always receive excellent service whether it is an oil change or mechanical service. The employees are friendly, courteous and seemingly enjoying their jobs. If I'm getting an oil change, they open my door, they remember me from the previous visits. They always get me out of there in a quick, efficient manner. Although my last visit was 5 hours long, I have nothing to complain about. The staff was very accomodating. John shuttled me over for a nail appointment and returned just as he said he would on time. What a nice man! I was a little shocked that I came in for differential service and left with new brakes, but I knew it was coming. Tom Kellogg answered all of my questions and asked the most important ones....."do you want us to remedy the present situation or do you want us to handle this the right way, fixing the problem completely and preventing a major expense down the road??? Obviously, there is only one answer to that question. John was ready to shuttle me again, but I chose to relax in the waiting area and read. Tom came out periodically to update me and make sure I was doing okay. I was fine wandering the showroom, where I was asked if I had any immediate needs and I was fine just waiting. I would have to say that Harold Zeigler service is the first automotive service area that I have ever felt relaxed at. I trust that they are taking good care of my vehicle. Our van would not run over 30 mph so needed to be towed into the shop. When I called a tow service number was issued to me. I was called shortly after the van came in and was given the reason for the probl into the shop. When I called a tow service number was issued to me. They also took care of a recall problem without me bringing it to their attention. Another good job by your service department. More
After visiting several dealerships in the area I stopped in at Zeigler's. They were friendly and patient with me. I don't really know much about car's but Jeff was able to help me figure out what would best in at Zeigler's. They were friendly and patient with me. When I came back for a second visit Jeff knew me by name and remembered the SUV I had been interested in. He worked with my schedule to get things done on a timetable I could work with. My car had a recall. I was given a time frame of an hour. It took 50 min. I was home within the hour. Great job !! My husband an I came in ready to buy. She was working at her desk while we spent considerable time looking at a van. She finally got up and asked if we were being helped. Strike one. HOWEVER she couldn't answer any of our questions. As we got down to writing Jo the details we wanted, she had no idea what came standard, and what yaws special order. Strike two. As we dealt with pricing, this dealer has the sales person scoot back and forth between the manager and client...playing let's make a deal. We insist on more respect, that is line by line listing items, and seeing the details that create the total. Strike three. We still gave an exact description of make, color, and package. Guess what? No phone call. We finally made a call, she was uncertain what we had discussed......strike four. We purchased the vehicle at a dealer who was knowledgeable, attentive, and treated us with reapect. It's been several years since my first visit, and I have had my Jeep serviced exclusively at your dealership. Everyone there makes each visit very pleasant. The service advisors Ben and Ziggy have given me excellent service. John Dekker has provided excellent information on parts and supplies. He really is an expert in his area. One of the best. The cashier is always pleasant and helpful. The Quick Lube Lane is excellent. All of the guys there are professional and courteous. They always do a great job and are helpful in recommending other parts/services that my Jeep needs. Keep up the great work, everyone. You should all be proud of yourselves and your dealership! More

My wife and I had a really great experience. We have a very limited income but a great need for a dependable and decent car. When we got to the dealership we soon could see that there was nothing in our very limited income but a great need for a dependable and decent car. When we got to the dealership we soon could see that there was nothing in our price range. We did see some used cars that had not yet been gone through in the shop, and so they were not on the actual lot, but when our soon to be sales man came out, and saw and heard what we needed, he took us to one of the cars not yet gone through and gave us the run done and got the keys so we could take it for a drive. He was honest about the car, and was also very informative about Harold Ziegler and made us feel very comfortable with the dealership. It wasn't smooging or the over the top sales lines, he was just matte of fact, not pushy didn't manipulate with statements about how it was gonna go fast or that someone else was ready to buy it, although there was. They went above and beyond to meet us with a price and even went beyond what they had to in making sure the car looked brand new when we came to pick it up. They even had their dent guy fix a dent in the door, which was really unexpected. We were treated with respect, and made to feel at home. We were offered coffee, and showed around the offices. everyone in the sales area was truly very nice. And again not fake, not obnoxious, but just friendly and very family too. We are so grateful that God lead us there for that is what we believe after spending 2 weekends and many hours on the internet trying to find a nice car for very little money.
