We had been using a different Dodge dealer in town for maintenance on our RAM pickup, but hadn't been extremely pleased with the service we had been receiving. Several months ago we decided to give Harold Zeigler Chrysler a try. The first few visits were for the typical oil change and lube service. We found the service to be convenient, quick and professional. So when it came time to get the truck prepared for the upcoming camping, towing and fishing season, the decision to go to Harold Zeigler was an easy one. Once again we found the service experience to be very professional and convenient. We took advantage of their Wednesday evening hours to have the work done while we took care of a few other chores in the area. The service department staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The work was completed as promised. The vehicle was returned in the condition it was in when dropped off (I hate it when mechanics get grease stains on my seats or floor mats). One thing I have especially liked about dealing with Harold Zeigler Chrysler is that the service writers aren't constantly trying to sell you up on things you might not need or want. I appreciate the feeling that the dealership can be trusted to be a good partner in helping to maintain my vehicle. More

I recently brought my 2010 Dodge Laramie 1500 4 X 4 in to Harold Zeigler to have the Electric Brake control installed.
