Aside from a couple service people like Derrick and Patrick the place is awful. Made an appointment for an 8 am tire swap to winter tires and an oil change. Wish I could give 0 stars. Told me my transmission went out in a 2018 wrangler went somewhere else due to zeigler telling me i would need to pay $6000 for a new transmission and they couldn't help me in an out in a 2018 wrangler went somewhere else due to zeigler telling me i would need to pay $6000 for a new transmission and they couldn't help me in any way its a 2018 are you kidding me and they told me my pan was never removed and that no one ever checked anything to see what was wrong. The other place also told me the transmission for 2018 wranglers has a know issue and that its on a national back order and didn't know when a new one would be in which zeigler again did not tell me how long it would have taken or gave me an option for a loaner. I will never return to zeigler and once my lease is up I will switch my dealerships to somewhere else. You are all about money and not customer satisfaction. To add on top of all this zeigler told me my radiator was going out haha but was not. Never will I spend another dime or buy a vehicle from you. More
