This car dealership and their Mobile Grooming partner, Wag N Tails is a scam. They sold me a used mobile grooming vehicle with a bad engine. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and flew 800 miles with my 4 year old daughter to buy this vehicle. They sent me all documents for financing via UPS express mail and required me to sign the “AS IS” form before I came to look at and buy the vehicle. You have to sign the “AS IS” form before you get there or else they won’t do the financing for you. They kind of put you in a catch 22 position which is unfair. I had this vehicle 103 days total and only worked out if it 68 days when the engine blew up. The first day I worked in it the check engine light came on but the engine still seemed ok. I was told maybe I got bad gas. At 60 days I had to take the vehicle in because it was running rough and losing coolant. That was a misfire in the #5 cylinder.....cost me $704 and 2 days of lost income/work, couldn’t find out why the engine was losing coolant. On Monday, June 8th at 10:00am my engine goes and I can’t work. Now, I’m stuck paying $7020 (that’s just the cost on the ESTIMATE....you know it’s always higher) for a new engine at Cavalry Ford in Virginia Beach. My husband is a disabled Navy veteran and this mobile grooming vehicle is how I support our family. I asked them to help me out on the cost of the new motor (I just asked them to help and pay half of the estimate) since I had only had it a short time and they said no! Left me screwed, left my family screw! This vehicle was $52,000 and the engine went bad and I have only made 2 payments ($1099 a month) on it! Don’t trust this shady dealership or their friend Wag N Tails, especially if your livelihood depends on the vehicle! More

After my last experience with the sales department, I will not go back to purchase a vehicle from them. They called me inquiring about my vehicle, so let’s see what they offer. I had to work the rest of the week, so we filled out the credit app.(2/3/2020) a car I may have been interested in was suppose to be shipped in Wednesday or Thursday, the salesman (Chris F.) would send me pics of the vehicle, if I was interested then he would run my credit but not until I said I liked it.... left the dealership, and before my 15 minute drive home my credit report dinged I had a new inquiry, sure enough Zeigler ran my credit before hand, then it was ran again on 2/4/2020, called talked to the GM (Chris Z.), on 2/7/2020 I felt like he was annoyed that I called, and rushed me off the phone, he did however tell me he would talk to the salesman as they were doing an appraisal drive right then and he would call me back. So as of today, I still haven’t heard from either of them. The experience I have had on Monday 2/2/2020, was not even close to the excellent service, I received 2 years ago.... everyone that worked there including the most of the service department when I bought my Jeep, at the beginning of 2018 is gone, it’s truly sad that this is how customers are treated. In the 2 years I’ve had my vehicle I kept my loyalty and always had my vehicle serviced here. More

None of that! Hannah was so sweet, showed us a number of vans that we asked about, colors, if we could get ones they did not have in their lot and were assured we could have anything we wanted within a few days. Well we found one in a beautiful blue they had on their lot and Hannah worked out the details on price and financing. Then we had to talk to the finance manager where we expected to get the hard push on buying extended warranty and all kinds of other options. Rick the Finance Manager explained the paper work to us and in no time we were out of there with a hand shake and a thank you. This is a class bunch of people that do their job and I really think they enjoy it.
