Horrible customer service, go anywhere else Ordered a custom 2018 JLU through HZ. In the 36 hours from the time when the vehicle was delivered to the dealership until I picked it up, they manag Ordered a custom 2018 JLU through HZ. In the 36 hours from the time when the vehicle was delivered to the dealership until I picked it up, they managed to damage the rear fender and bumper. This was on May 7. Horrible response time in providing details to fix. Salesperson couldn't be bothered to respond to messages for almost 3 weeks. Copied the General Manager, he hasn't responded either. Now being told that parts are on backorder until July 26. I could have lived with backorder dates if I actually had any reliable contact with dealer, but several factors have led me to believe that parts were not actually ordered in May when they said they were. Next problem: Picked up vehicle on May 7. Told me all the paperwork was done. Someone called me on June 25 to say that they needed information to finish transferring my license plates. No one had bothered to reach out to me at all in the interim. This means I have been driving around for nearly 2 months without valid license plates through no fault of mine, except for going to a terrible dealer who doesn't care to respond. More
