MY NEW JEEP GC TRAIL HAWK I have been dealing with the Zeigler Grandville Team and its staff for quite some time, now, and have always received very good deals and excellent tr I have been dealing with the Zeigler Grandville Team and its staff for quite some time, now, and have always received very good deals and excellent treatment from all the staff, especially Pete Butkiewicz. Pete, whom has been my sale's person for everyone of the vehicles I have bought, third party leased or received from the Chrysler Company Car program has always been there for me, and for others, too, I'm sure. His support, guidance and understanding of my requirements is second to none. And he always delivers as he promised! Pete always gets the best deals he can for me (others, too) ( I'm sure) and that is a product of the Zeigler Sale's Manager, Jason, working with Pete and the others to get the customer the best deal possible. I've known Jason from the old Ver Hage Dealership when it was in downtown Hudsonville; Jason knows his stuff and is ready to do his best for us, the customers, and he does! The finance people, as well as all the staff behind the scenes such as the Service Desk men and women, the mechanics who have always done a marvelous job diagnosing and fixing whatever problems I may have encountered. And it's not just me, it's everyone that comes into the Zeigler Grandville dealership, I'm sure! Then, for icing on the cake, there is Ted Holloway, the General Manager who's guidance, support and the allowance of his people to be empowered, makes it all come together for the best of everything for all of us, the buyers, the renters, the Company Car people and on; Ted makes the Zeigler Team what it is - a huge success. All of us, especially myself, are fortunate to have such persons as the Zeigler Team working on and in our behalf and always in our corner no matter the circumstances. They are all successful and gracious to all of us who are dealing with them, whether we buy, lease or whatever, and even when we don't buy or lease, their support and help is the best! Nice Vehicle - Took another dealership to fix the AC I bought a used Ford Explorer Sport from Harold Zigler. The air conditioning was not fully cooling. I took the vehicle back to Zeigler. 2x and neither I bought a used Ford Explorer Sport from Harold Zigler. The air conditioning was not fully cooling. I took the vehicle back to Zeigler. 2x and neither time fixed the problem. Every time I took it in was a trip from Holland to Grandville. After the 2nd time, I took it to Barber Ford in Holland where they fixed the problem. Rich was great to deal with an arranged for a loaner vehicle each time I brought in the Explorer in. More
