After the HORRIBLE service I received there and some questionable information, I called Harold Ziegler, and was lucky to have Joe Broekhuizen answer. I told him I wasn't for sure purchasing a Jeep, as I wanted something with three rows. I told him I also had a very specific price point, which, to no fault of his own, Joe wasn't able to find. I had a very specific need, price and timeline to follow. He tried his very best, but I ended up purchasing something from the original dealer in Lansing my family has used for years and years, but Joe did follow up to make I was taken care of. I am so thankful I met Joe, and will 100 percent recommend him to anyone in the Grand Rapids area to purchase from. More
