Great Experience This was our last stop of the day after car shopping the entire Saturday. Joe approached us in the parking lot and was very helpful and friendly! He wasn't pushy like the other dealerships had been that day. We ended up buying a jeep and we were very happy overall with how everything went. The whole visit here went smooth from start to finish. We don't live nearby and we had bought it later in the day and they were closing- but they didn't make us feel like we were being a burden at all! Joe even hung out with our 8 year old son playing basketball while we were doing all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone! We will be back! More

Vehicle Search and Purchase I had a lease ending and I did not know if I wanted to step into another lease, buy new or buy used. I had been searching several dealers for a while I had a lease ending and I did not know if I wanted to step into another lease, buy new or buy used. I had been searching several dealers for a while and found some new and used vehicles I was interested in on Harold Zeigler's website. I reached out to Rich Snay not really knowing what I was looking for yet. From past experience, I know some sales representatives can be a bit put off when you don't have one or two specific vehicles in mind. I was all over the place on the type of vehicle I was looking for and if I wanted to lease, buy new or buy used. I asked for all my pricing options for each vehicle I looked at. I varied lease vs. purchase, the term lengths and the amount down. Rich never even blinked and worked with me through all of the scenarios of every vehicle I was interested in. When I finally settled on what I wanted Rich took care of everything. Rich and the rest of the staff at Harold Zeigler - Grandville were outstanding to work with. Both Rich and the financing staff were courteous, professional and friendly. They all had great a great sense of humor, which I like, as it makes the whole process a bit more entertaining than normal. I would highly recommend Harold Zeigler - Grandville and Rich Snay to my friends and family. Great experience and I found a Dodge RAM that I love. Thanks! More

As I drove around the lot looking for it, Joe approached my vehicle asking if I needed help. He said that the Jeep I was looking for had sold the night prior but would be happy to show me other options. Being that he was exceptionally approachable and friendly, I agreed.
