What I found in charlie, john and heath was refreshing.....it's all about giving you the best possible deal and bringing you back ...always keeping you as there number one priority. I have 2 brothers and 2 of our sons have bought and continue to buy at Harold Ziegler. Lets face it ....it's all about getting the best deal for the vehicle of choice. I now pay only 20.00 more per mo. {buying} then my last lease, I know awesome ,right! Check'em out....you'll be glad you did! More

My car would not start and needed to be towed in. Once there they got me registered quickly and then gave me a ride home. While at home I was kept updated by phone and when the job was completed they cam there they got me registered quickly and then gave me a ride home. While at home I was kept updated by phone and when the job was completed they came and picked me up again. In addition, most of the cost of my repair was covered by my extended warrantee. I was very satisfied. The only glitch in the whole affair was with my initial call to the service desk. Furthermore, not connected to the above, I always get my oil changed at their "quick-lube" facility and am very satisfied with that. More

We were having problems with our remotes and I went to another dealer first as it was closer. Very upset as they told me nothing wrong. As always they do a great job and when I go somewhere else I am reminded of why I shouldn't try any place different. Nobody else does as well as they do. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I stepped through the door by the receptionist. She quickly listened to what I needed and soon I was sitting with Scott Boone discussing my needs. I was tight on time & he came up with a plan to trade in my van quickly. He even changed the car seats from my van to the new vehicle so I could pick up my kids and drive the new van at the same time. I will recommend Scott & the gentlemen that work at Harold Zeigler to all I know. Others that helped me were Charlie & Ryan. I had 2 small children with me (5yrs old & 1 1/2yrs old) and no one seemed to mind. They were talking to my kids and genuinely seemed interested in them. Buying this car was by far the easiest I experience I had ever had at a dealership. Kudos to the entire team at the Harold Zeigler Grandville dealership.
