Paid almost $1100 for an oil change, brakes, and an evap sensor. They didn’t do the oil change, the brakes were squeaky and did not change out the rusty hardware. Service manager never acknowledged that t sensor. They didn’t do the oil change, the brakes were squeaky and did not change out the rusty hardware. Service manager never acknowledged that they missed the oil change but “good faith” changed it a second time. It was a fight to get the brakes fixed. Had the fronts changed then tried to tell us the rear brakes were the issue. Tried to charge us $100 to “clean” the rear brakes. All the while, the service manager was talking down to me like I was a woman who didn’t work on cars for 20 years in my dads shop. More
