The management team talks to you like you are dumb. The older gentleman that checks cars in was extremely rude. The First Gentleman I worked with was great. The technician that worked on my car forced my dash cam to turn off I was told they don’t do that until I told them I had video of them messing with it when he shouldn’t have even touched it then insisted it was my radar detector he turned off when you have to turn it on when I never turn it on. It took a while for the part to come in for the recall repair and when they called to schedule the appointment, I was told it would be 2-3 hours. As such I planned to wait, but was told it was an "all day repair and when they called to schedule the appointment, I was told it would be 2-3 hours. As such I planned to wait, but was told it was an "all day job" and that no loaners were available when I got there. I would up being there from 9 am until 2 pm trying to work with a wi-fi that I was never able to access. There seemed to be more focus placed on finding other things to upsell me for my car, which I wound up spending over $500 on. It made me wonder it the recall was that necessary or was it just a ploy to get people in so that other things could be "found" that needed service. More
