Terrible experience. Felt ripped off. Came in with no leaks but was told there was one. $1300 later we get our car back. Very next day it’s leaking oil on the drivewa Felt ripped off. Nearly two weeks later we are told there’s another leak. They wanted $1700 more. No thanks. We’ve bought our last two cars from Ziegler but we are done and won’t be buying anymore cars from them or use their predatory services again. More

The only good experience i had was when i bought my truck. oil changes take 2+ hours. multiple times ive drove a hour there for an appointment and wa The only good experience i had was when i bought my truck. oil changes take 2+ hours. multiple times ive drove a hour there for an appointment and was told they didnt have my parts and didn't notify me. i had a check engine light issue brought it in and didnt get it back till 2 months later and was told it was fixed. 2 weeks later check engine light back on with other service lights. brought it back and again didnt have my truck for 3 months. whenever i called for an update i either didnt get one or was told they had no record my truck was being worked on. its always the worst experience and hate that i have to come to this dealership. wish i would of went to a different dealership.
