Since we bought the vehicle, it was slow to restart, after it sat for a little while. The issue took a little while to figure out. Come to find out the vehicle had recall work done just before we purcha after it sat for a little while. The issue took a little while to figure out. A different Honda Dealership discovered that the issue we were having was without a doubt caused by the recall work performed by Zeigler Honda of Kalamazoo, resulting from Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Quality of Work, and a total Lack of Attention to Detail. When the other Honda Dealership tried to contact the Service Director at Zeigler Honda of Kalamazoo, he won't answer his phone, and won't return a call after numerous voicemails were left. This resulted in me having to pay for the repair of Zeigler's botched recall work. Avoid this place, if at all possible. Their service department lacks professionalism, common courtesy, and basic communication skills. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if you'd let me give them less. More

My experience was Awful . I took an appointment for Toyota Highlander XLE 2021 and was told that car is available after the test drive and while inspecting the car I found th I took an appointment for Toyota Highlander XLE 2021 and was told that car is available after the test drive and while inspecting the car I found that the rear bumper was damaged and the there was cracks in the inner lining . Once i found these issues I was told car was already sold a day before. I would not recommend this dealership. More

My Salesman was professional yet caring and also focused on my needs. The only thing Icdo not like is the policy they have where you have to leave a "holding check". I paid half down.
