Zeigler Ford of Lowell's service department is AWESOME. I brought my Ford Focus in for service on 8/22 with a transmission issue. With the current climate of COVID I did not expect to get it back for at leas brought my Ford Focus in for service on 8/22 with a transmission issue. With the current climate of COVID I did not expect to get it back for at least a week. I had set up an appointment just the night before. They not only fixed the problem but it was done that same afternoon. Kudo's to your service department for quick reliable repairs. This is what will bring me back when I am shopping for a car!!!!
