Doug is a true professional. My great service started with the call I made to schedule an appointment The receptionist was enthusiastic, (not like I was an interruption to her day.) When I came in for my scheduled appointment to have additional intelligent keys programmed, and inadvertantly locked the only working key in the vehicle, Jeff Dalman had a Man from service "break into" my car to retrieve my key system. They were both very kind and helpful. Elhart service successfully completed their work at a very reasonable price. I am totally satisfied. More
