As a single woman who had never negotiated the sale of a car by herself I was a bit nervous at first, but I did my research before I went shopping. I test drove the Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4, Subaru Forester, and Hyundai Tucson before deciding on the Nissan Rogue. The Rogue was the most solid, safe, luxurious vehicle of the bunch and offered a terrific value for the price. The folks at Elhart were fun to work with and gave me a great deal on my new Rogue. I didn’t feel pressured at all and I really felt like they went the extra mile to show me my options, explain the financing details, work with me on my trade in, and sell me the vehicle that best fit my needs. The day after the car was delivered, I had a question on some of the functions so they came to my workplace on my lunch hour to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. They even brought me a lunch! It’s easy to see why this dealership has won service awards. I’ve been very impressed and have already recommended the dealership to several of my friends and family members. They sell Nissan, Hyundai, and GM at Elhart, so if you’re in the market for any of those brands, they’re worth checking out! More

I spent about 2 weeks visiting Ford, Chevy, and GMC dealers. I encountered every type of sales person and their managers. Some promised to find information and call me later, but I never was called. Some weren't interested in working to get me the best price they could. Some were determined to make a sale whether they carried a vehicle that would meet my needs or not. One seemed to think if they could detain me long enough I just might buy a truck! When we got to Elhart and met Doug, our first impression was he seemed so calm. Soon we realized that he could answer any questions we had, and he was confident their product would meet my requirements. He found some rebate offers the other dealers never even looked in to. He spent an awful lot of time with us, first standing out in the cold lot and then seated in his office. When I went to pick up my truck, he sat inside it with me and went over every function and feature explaining how to work them all. I've never had a salesman do that before! More

Based on the information and pricing they provided me online, I visited the dealership and was able to come to an agreement on a 2011 Nissan Quest SL over the course of a day. We took delivery of our new minivan at 6:00 on a Wednesday evening (even though they closed at 5:30) and as we were leaving the lost that night and struggling to figure out the DVD player, one of our primary contacts (Dustin) was leaving for home....witnessed us trying to figure things out....and took the time (again) to stop and help us out.
