I purchased a Honda Odyssey from fixer upper department and worked with Duane and George during the purchase. Junior and Caryn never cease to amaze me! They have worked hard not only for us but for our son and daughter as well. They give their all each and every single time our family comes to them when looking for a vehicle. Anytime anyone asks me where they can go to buy a vehicle, I always recommend Junior at Elhart. He’s patient, not pushy and takes time with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want, and is always fun to work with! Caryn is also always amazing to work with and is good at getting your documents and financing done quickly and efficiently all while ensuring that you are also happy with you’re purchase! Deplorable customer service following sale. No concern for antifreeze leak within 24 hours of purchase of low mileage vehicle. Requested assistance with securing service, requested a loaner, requested pic for antifreeze leak within 24 hours of purchase of low mileage vehicle. Requested assistance with securing service, requested a loaner, requested pickup and service. I was told, "no." Kevin laughed and said he was too busy to assist with my vehicle that was still under manufacturer warranty. He told me to make appointments and secure a loaner myself. Mike was contacted via text and did not respond. I am appalled that Elhart did nothing to correct the failure of my vehicle. It failed within 24 hours of purchase. Was it even inspected? Did they deliberately sell me a car with an imperfection in the radiator? Sure seems that way. Nobody has ever followed up. My appointment to buy the car was at 10 am. I was not invited into Caryn's office until 11:15am. Overall, awful experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Beyond disgusted with the place. More

I went for an oil change & for the 2nd time the service department forgot to replace my oil cap. Both times I had to pull over because my car was smoking & oil was everywhere. The car had to be picked up b department forgot to replace my oil cap. Both times I had to pull over because my car was smoking & oil was everywhere. The car had to be picked up by a flatbed & returned to the service department to make sure my engine did not cease up. They also tried to say that it happens sometimes because my engine has to much power. We have personally removed & returned to the oil cap countless times and we have never had the oil cap pop off. Also it took 5 months & multiple times of bring our car back to the service department to figure our why & where our car was leaking coolant & oil. Everytime we brought it in they could not diagnose it so sent my wife home with a leaking vehicle. The only reason we've brought back is because we purchased a service plan when we purchased the vehicle from your dealership. More
