Purchased a Genesis GV80. Ben Marietta was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately when I needed to resolve an issue with the interior, I was directed to the General Manager, Robert Gibson. Mr. Gibson ackno work with. Unfortunately when I needed to resolve an issue with the interior, I was directed to the General Manager, Robert Gibson. Mr. Gibson acknowledged the problem but added the following comments. 1. I could put this car on the lot tomorrow and most people wouldn't even notice that. 2. We could probably find something wrong with every car on the lot. No car is perfect. The perception, whether justified or not is that Mr. Gibson was more concerned about selling the vehicle 'as is' rather than resolving the issue for the customer. More

Scheduled an appointment which was almost 3 weeks out, then they tried to move it back another week or more. They tried to squeeze me in on the day originally scheduled so that was nice. I dropped truck off on Wednesday morning and got no update until I called and asked what was going on on Friday. They said nothing wrong. I came in to get it and was hoping a service tech could take a ride to feel the issue and he was VERY rude about it. We drove and the issue was obvious to me, but he insisted nothing is wrong, they adjusted one headlight so now it’s way too low instead of fixing the issue with the truck not sitting level. Absolutely awful service, they had no interest in even trying to fix it. This is EXACTLY why I bought the truck elsewhere, service here has always been poor and I see that has not changed. I now have a brand new truck at a mechanic I trust to be repaired and am paying for it even though it’s brand new and this should be covered. Frustrating to put it mildly. I was treated like trash and they didn’t fix the issue, they actually pretended like it didn’t exist. More
