I would actually rate negative star but I can’t. We went to look at a vehicle and we’re ready to buy. Zach the sales associate was very enthusiastic at the beginning and explained how the vehicle went throu to look at a vehicle and we’re ready to buy. Zach the sales associate was very enthusiastic at the beginning and explained how the vehicle went through 168 inspections. Some how they must missed a lot of them. When we pointed it out multiple things that were wrong with the vehicle, he became apologetic and basically didn’t want to sell the vehicle. He didn’t kick us out but pretty much. He never asked our budget, never show us other options. It’s not what I would tell a great salesman. We went to another dealership John Tapper and found what we wanted at 17K more than the one we looked at your place. We felt very insulted and Elhart won’t be on our list on the next car shopping. You lost We won! More

Junior De La Rosa was great to work with and made my first buying experience stress-free and fun. He pulled out all the stops to make sure I was confident in what I was purchasing. Jayden Engster also gave me a warm welcome when I first arrived as well as explained all the features on the myGMC app to make sure I was getting all the perks.
