We had the best experience at Elhart on our used vehicle purchase I've ever had. I was met by Salesman Junior De La Rosa and instantly felt comfortable with him. I never felt pressured which would normally purchase I've ever had. I was met by Salesman Junior De La Rosa and instantly felt comfortable with him. I never felt pressured which would normally send me elsewhere. Junior was friendly, knowledgeable, and very relatable. He made me feel more like a friend than a customer. When my wife and I went to look at cars we already had a deposit elsewhere, but just wanted to "make sure" before we commited. Elhart's vehicle and the service we received earned our business and we ended up cancelling that deposit and purchasing through Junior. Even when we got the to "not so fun" part of buying a car (signing all the paperwork) Caryn De La Rosa made that just as easy, and even fun. From start to finish the overall experience I had with Junior, Caryn, and the rest of the Elhart team was excellent and I know I will be recommending them to everyone I know from here on. More
