I had the pleasure of working with Junior and Caryn de la Rosa on the purchase of my 2018 Honda CRV! As a FIRST time buyer, I was extremely nervous in purchasing my very own vehicle, but as soon as I stepped Rosa on the purchase of my 2018 Honda CRV! As a FIRST time buyer, I was extremely nervous in purchasing my very own vehicle, but as soon as I stepped into the dealership, Junior quickly alleviated those worries. His approach is quite atypical from your stereotypical car salesman, he was relaxed throughout the whole process, and gave off a comforting no pressure approach. When actually entering the lot, he was extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles in the lot, and answered all of my questions with great sincerity. I didn’t think I would be able to go into the dealership on a busy Wednesday afternoon, and walk out of the dealership the same day with a vehicle, but Junior and Caryn made it happen. They even took time out of their day, staying almost 2 hours late, just to help me get into my vehicle sooner. Not only Junior, but Caryn was a great help as well. Not only did she help get me the best possible deal on the Honda, she even gave me advice on what the best option for ME was. You can truly tell that these two care more about the satisfaction of their customers, rather then making an extra buck.
