It was awful. I was charged $20 more than my last visit. When I questioned the bill and why am additive was out in my oil for $15, they said it’s the new procedure and it replaces a quart of oil. 2 problems When I questioned the bill and why am additive was out in my oil for $15, they said it’s the new procedure and it replaces a quart of oil. 2 problems here. 1. I was never told there was a change and procedure. 2. If it replaces a quart of oil, why was charged for the same amount of oil as my last oil change? Worst service I have ever received and terrible response when I questioned my bill. Your survey makes me rate someone so I rated Adam but have no idea who I spoke with. I don’t think it was him he probably doesn’t deserve the rating but your survey forces me. More

Michelle did not schedule the tire rotation that we asked for when my husband stop in to ,see appt. it was done but I think it took a while - 85 minutes. It was one on the Jon’s who checked me out & he said sorry bout that when I told him - not sure who because of masks. Also a supplement was added to our oil change “Pro1 oil” for $12 that we knew nothing about. More
