I had an emergency (severe oil leak that needed immediate attention. I called the service department and the manager (Frank) said, "bring it in immediately". I couldn't believe that this was possible, becau attention. I called the service department and the manager (Frank) said, "bring it in immediately". I couldn't believe that this was possible, because that seems to be quite unusual these days. I brought the car in within an hour and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts needed, and I had my car back in two days. (the two days was necessary because a couple of parts were not available locally. Later that day I bought my fourth car from this dealership. More
