New 2018 Hyundai Tucson I've been thinking about buying another vehicle for 3 years, and this summer I decided to start seaching for one, specifically a Hyundai Tucson. I lo I've been thinking about buying another vehicle for 3 years, and this summer I decided to start seaching for one, specifically a Hyundai Tucson. I looked at several dealerships for newer Tucsons and came across Elhart online. Elhart was the only dealership within driving distance that was honoring employee pricing on their 2018 Hyundai models. I called to make an inquiry and wound up working with KC over the phone. KC was very helpful in explaining the different trims and packages available, and also brought up the option of pulling a Tucson from a trading partner if the one I wanted was not on their lot. He did not pressure me into making any split decisions, and worked with me to get a test drive scheduled (side note: I thought I might have to make a quick decision because I thought employee pricing was ending at the end of July but he said they were honoring it in August as well so I didn't have to rush in scheduling my test drive). When my husband I got went to the dealership for the test drive, we worked with KC and Ben to discuss extra features, and Ben really went into detail to find the Tucson we wanted at a trading partner's dealership. Ben walked us through the credit application process and gave us all the space we needed to discuss anything else we wanted to add. It only took 4 business days until I was able to pick my car up. KC was up front about some paint scratches on my rear bumper that they didn't know of until the car was received by their trading partner, but Elhart is fixing that for me for free and providing me with a rental car while my car is fixed. I also worked with Taylor the day I picked up my car to finalize details about financing. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. I was really reluctant to buy a vehicle, especially one that was new, but I am happy I did and I am happy I got my Tucson from Elhart. I received excellent customer service, a great deal with employee pricing, good financing options, and great follow-up post-purchase with folks flexible enough to deal with calls, texts, e-mails, and in-person service. I will say, the only item that was missed was a call about financing before the day I picked up my vehicle; someone named Caryn was supposed to call me before the car arrived to go over my financing options (terms, interest, institutions, etc.). That did not impact my decision to buy or not buy because I wanted the vehicle, I knew a general idea of what my credit score is, and used car loan calculators to ensure I could handle financing the purchase of a vehicle. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and will more than likely come back when my husband is ready to buy himself a vehicle! Thank you KC, Ben, and Taylor! More

Excellent Service The employees were so polite and kind! They had a really good selection and did same day valuation of my trade in. In comparison to other dealerships, The employees were so polite and kind! They had a really good selection and did same day valuation of my trade in. In comparison to other dealerships, their prices were fair and they made sure that fixes were made so my car was safe to drive off the lot. Finance was really easy and they took the extra steps between me and the bank completely out of my hands. I did end up purchasing extra insurance on the vehicle that in retrospect I may not have needed, but that was my own misunderstanding. I’d suggest to other potential buyers to really look at warranties and insurance to make sure they understand and have questions ready. Overall, excellent experience and I recommend to others! More
