Have numerous emails, texts and phone calls with sales and management, only to get there and have them offer me a price of almost $2000 more than written quote. Management (Zak, Adrian) stated I didn't qualify for those rebates. I was told that they knew I didn't qualify for those, but other dealerships were doing the same thing. I've never had any dealership (and I've dealt with many dealerships) not honor their own written quote before. More

Pushy People I’m not sure if this happened because of it being end of month when I went in, but the salesmen were EXTREMELY pushy. I didn’t even get the chance to I’m not sure if this happened because of it being end of month when I went in, but the salesmen were EXTREMELY pushy. I didn’t even get the chance to think about if I wanted to buy the car before I was pushed into the buying process. Everything went the pace of a snail with them, paperwork wise. I was there for almost four hours, after working for nine hours earlier that day and driving up two hours to Racine, and I still had to drive two hours home and work nine hours again the next day. They were very confusing, and kept pushing things and offers onto me even though I refused multiple times. Rather than making sure I was comfortable and happy, their main concern was making the sale. That’s just not right. They also tried milking me out of $1400 by charging me twice for something they told me would be free. Good think I have a loan and my loan officer called me and cared about what I was doing, unlike these people, so she helped me understand what they did wrong and why it was a sketchy place to buy a car from. I would not recommend unless you like being pushed nose first into situations you don’t understand or even want. They also kept trying to get me to buy a BRAND NEW Hyundai even though my budget was under $12000. More
