“Best Experience Ever" I recently had the pleasure to purchase my 2019 Subaru Outback from two of the most friendly, caring individuals in the car dealership arena. I can’t I recently had the pleasure to purchase my 2019 Subaru Outback from two of the most friendly, caring individuals in the car dealership arena. I can’t express how comfortable that they me throughout the entire car purchase experience. It all began when we arrived at the dealership, Joe’s high level of customer service started if off right-- during the test drive, explaining everything about the car in detail, asking if there were any other questions, etc. Really made us feel like we made the right decision in coming here for our purchase. Next up… financing--- that is normally not the most fun part of the experience, however, Derek’s thorough explanation of our options and his exceptional personality, made this comfortable as well. He was very low key and didn’t pressure us into anything that we were not interested in purchasing. There are a lot of different dealerships and choices when you are purchasing a new vehicle, so it is a great find when you find a place that has employees like Joe and Derek- makes your decision as to where you go for your next car—EASY! Missing oil cap on brand new car Brought my 2019 Outback into the dealership after noticing that my oil cap was missing and oil had been spilling on the engine and everywhere else. Brought my 2019 Outback into the dealership after noticing that my oil cap was missing and oil had been spilling on the engine and everywhere else. When I told the service guy this he told me " the cap probably just fell off". I've owned 4 different Subarus, my last Outback was a 2013 and I know from experience it's really hard to remove the oil cap. For your service guy to basically lie to me was disappointing. I wish I remembered his name but I don't. He did however have my oil changed, cleaned up the engine, and rotated my tires. All which he charged me full price for. I asked him about a discount since someone at the dealership forgot to put the oil cap on my car before selling it to me, no response. I then received a voice mail from Sarah asking about my experience with my first service visit. I called back and received her voice mail so asked her to call me back before I filled out a survey. A day later Laurie, your internet sales manager, called me to say Sarah was on vacation but she could help me. I explained to Laurie my experience and she told me she would have the General Manager follow up with me. That was a week ago and I've not heard from anyone. To say my first experience with the Kenosha dealership has been a mess would be putting it nicely. More

A lot of tech stuff, but so far, a very nice ride After attending the Milwaukee Auto Show, we narrowed our future car choices down to 4 vehicles based on 3 specific criteria.We read a few more reviews After attending the Milwaukee Auto Show, we narrowed our future car choices down to 4 vehicles based on 3 specific criteria.We read a few more reviews and started our search. We eventually chose the Forrester because it was a major upgrade from our 2011 Honda CR-V in terms of technology and comfort. It uses regular gas and was not a turbo engine. We had no specific timeline so Reid was able to find the touring trim we requested in the blue Pearl with Saddle brown interior. We have only had it 2 weeks and the dashboard is a bit busy, but it drives easily. The stop/start function is not a nuisance. The headlights are amazingly bright at night and cover a large swath on the sides. The technology is a bit overwhelming but not unexpected. We were very pleased with negotiations and the purchase process. Reid gave an excellent presentation of the features and how to use them, but you still need to read the manual and/or quick start booklets. As we have several friends with Subarus who spoke favorably of them, we think this SUV should be a good comfortable trip vehicle for us. More
