They had my car for a day and a half (initial day of arrival was Wednesday- so a lot sooner than expected) provided me with a loaner car for the time being since my tire had to be ordered and kept me updated on what was happening. I was able to use my Driver Care for the new tire and ended up not owing anything when I left the dealership! Thank you to everyone who made accommodations for me in the time being! More

24,000 Mile Service I think the price is too high for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. They keep charging me for 7.5 or 7.7 quarts of oil and the manual says I think the price is too high for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. They keep charging me for 7.5 or 7.7 quarts of oil and the manual says it holds 6.9 quarts. I changed my own oil on 18 different vehicles over a period of 60 years and never was able to put in the amount the specs said the vehicle held, even with a new oil filter. This leaves me suspect as to their honesty. They rotated the tires and said they inflated both front and rear to 35 pounds. The front is to be 35 and the rear is supposed to be 33. The pressures that showed up on the vehicle system were the reverse of what they were when I took it in, 31 and 32 front and 33 and 34 rear. They were a little low due to the cooler weather. They must have rotated the tires, but did not correct the pressures to 35 front and 33 rear. The sticker on the windshield said they put in 0W-20 and the bill said 5W-30. I had to go back and question that. They put on a corrected sticker. I am losing confidence in their service. Being able to trust a service department is important. More
