After I'd been there around an hour or so, I bumped into KaraLee and was soon on my way to pick up my husband from another appointment in a loaner Outback, since both of ours were undergoing routine maintenance at the same time. The best I bought my Outback at Rohrman and have taken it to the dealership every 6,000 miles for servicing. Last minute oil change I was in town for a visit and needed an oil change. Bob Rohrman Subaru was able to schedule me in the limited time I had available. The only negative was the barrage of text reminders and confirmations plus 1 email I received in the 36 hours between when I scheduled the oil change appointment and time of the appointment. It's a little overkill. Service was great. Communication overload, not so much. Thanks. More

Interior Front Driver seat torn and ripped Bob Rohrman Subaru Service Department staff along with Service Manager and General Manager lied to the customer. The work paperwork is from Bob Rohrma Bob Rohrman Subaru Service Department staff along with Service Manager and General Manager lied to the customer. The work paperwork is from Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis and does not match the one hour diagnostic paperwork that states Bob Rohrman Subaru, reason; two service department's and two different adresse's. Communication is lacking in all areas. Know one that I have spoken to have given me an honest answer. I have called and left voice messages but apparently the staff do not forward the messages onto the specific person. Staff do not return phone calls promptly or messages. The Subaru Outback vehicle still has a ripped edge seat and a big torn hole in the front driver seat interior. More
