Last minute oil change I was in town for a visit and needed an oil change. Bob Rohrman Subaru was able to schedule me in the limited time I had available. The only negative was the barrage of text reminders and confirmations plus 1 email I received in the 36 hours between when I scheduled the oil change appointment and time of the appointment. It's a little overkill. Service was great. Communication overload, not so much. Thanks. More
