Service department performed a simple rear brake pad replacement and failed to tighten the caliper bolts. Caliper detached from rotor when I attempted to slow down on highway. There was an immediate an replacement and failed to tighten the caliper bolts. Caliper detached from rotor when I attempted to slow down on highway. There was an immediate and complete loss of braking. It was only by luck that an escape route presented itself and there were no damages or fatalities. Dealer did not dispute their responsibility and performed the towing, repair, and refund. Upon second receipt of vehicle, brakes were still spongy and I had to do my own additional bleeding of the brake lines to get it all back to normal. More
